As healthcare continues to evolve, the integration of technology in case management has become increasingly important. Fear and hesitancy to adopt new and advanced communication and analytics technology may be limiting today’s professional case manager. Often, it is unclear how these tools may impact their day-to-day work or further build a trusting relationship with their clients. Today, technology facilitates many daily tasks, but how will more advanced technologies (like AI) facilitate and enable the broader goals of population health?

This is a collaborative production between the Commission for Case Manager Certification and the Population Health Alliance.
